Our products will follow traditional drawing techniques and recipes to retain more natural flavor profiles of the meat and products, and we strive to keep unwanted or excessive ingredients out to maintain quality and nutritional value. The drawing room is a wholesale drying facility that manufactures traditional South African meat snacks for the local US consumer market, as well as provides products such as dry, aged beef and other products.
